We Buy Goods provides precious metals, gemstone, luxury watch, and coin buying services. We also offer collateral-based loans against precious metals and luxury items. All offers are subject to in-person verification and assessment of the items presented.

Online Quotes

Quotes provided through our website are preliminary estimates based on the information you provide. Final offers are determined after in-person evaluation by our experts and may differ from online estimates. Online quotes are not binding.

Transactions

All purchase transactions require valid government-issued identification as required by New York State law. We reserve the right to decline any transaction. Payment is made at the time of transaction in the agreed-upon method (cash, check, or wire transfer).

Collateral Loans

Collateral loans are subject to separate loan agreements with specific terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules. Items used as collateral are stored in our insured, secure vault. Failure to repay a loan within the agreed term may result in forfeiture of the collateral.

Limitation of Liability

We Buy Goods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to you in the specific transaction at issue.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
